Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU) is one of the largest and most research-focused universities in Germany. Successful science and education require a strong and well-connected administration. At the Administrative Headquarters at Freyesleben 1 - the university’s central administration building - you’ll find all key areas of university leadership and management under one roof: from academics and human resources to research, finance, communications, and strategy. Some research-related institutions are also located here.

Use the digital FAU navigation system to quickly find rooms and departments.

FAU is pleased to welcome you here.
